Quick & Easy Mobility Drill for Wrist Pain!
The wrist joint is made up of 2 rows of small bones called carpals plus the radius and ulna. Alignment of all these bones needs to be optimal for the proper gliding to occur at the joint. Here is an easy mobilization you can do without equipment that helps with the gliding of the radial/ulnar and the carpal bones.
Try 3 sets of 15-20 repetitions. This should be painless so if you do get pain or pinching in the wrist back off a little bit and groove the pain free range until you can push a little further.
